About Me
I am an experienced journalist specialising in travel and wellness. I've sailed across Malawi in a catamaran, ridden horseback across Iceland and been spun like a salad leaf at Spaceport America, New Mexico.
From Hollywood Oscar-winners to rock 'n' roll fashion designers, I've interviewed a colourful array of characters, and in my capacity as a travel writer, I spend a significant portion of time face down in the spa.
Titles I write for include: Tatler, Telegraph, House & Garden, Harper's Bazaar Arabia, Sunseeker and Women's Health.
In an online capacity, I contribute to Telegraph Ultratravel, The Arbuturian, The Luxury Spa Edit and Little London. I'm also a UK correspondent for the online travel & tech publication Click.
A regular face at Vogue House, I provide editing, subbing and writing services in print and digital and have a broad copywriting client base that includes Small Luxury Hotels of the World, Ogilvy & Mather Advertising and Condé Nast Digital among others.
If you need a helping hand with any of your written materials, please feel free to get in touch.

I have a BSc in Natural Sciences from Durham University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Periodical Journalism from City University, London. I started my career at the Fulham Chronicle newspaper covering news and arts before taking a full-time position in teen magazines at BBC Worldwide.
After five years at the Beeb, I went freelance, swapping London for sunny Los Angeles. From my base in the Hollywood Hills, I filed stories to a number of titles including Grazia, Marie Claire, Total Film and The Sunday Times, and shared my red carpet escapades in a monthly column for TV Hits magazine.
Returning to London in 2006, I landed at Quintessentially magazine working as a senior sub-editor. With the tagline 'accessing the inaccessible', the ultra-luxe quarterly opened the door for me to try my hand at travel writing. Jordan, Shanghai and Madagascar were among my early commissions.
I went on to spearhead a dedicated wellness section in Travel Weekly's luxury magazine Aspire, which earned me my nickname 'Spa Goddess'.
Today, I live in leafy S.W. London with my husband and two daughters. When I'm not working to a deadline, you'll find me on the Pickleball court.
